Performance Event Cars

We do our best to keep all the cars on our fleet available. It is accepted by the customer that if their chosen car is unavailable at the time of their event, Performance Event Cars will provide you with the next car of you choice that is available. If there is a difference in price you will be refunded. You will also be offered another FREE  Silver event  as compensation.

Performance Event Cars reserves the right to cancel, or change the car used, if weather conditions dictate it dangerous to take a specific car. Another car more suitable will be send and any refunds applied.They also reserve the right to send another chauffeur if your original choice of chauffeur falls ill or cannot attend due to legitimate reasons.

We are very flexible with the times we are in attendance of your special occasion, but any bookings which go on past 8.00pm will need to be specifically booked with us.

Performance Event Cars take a damage deposit ( by way of card details) 2 weeks before the event date. Any damages to the car will be charges at retail to the card details taken. If this payment is declined the company reserves the right to add administration costs of upto 20% to the outstanding balance without notice.

We offer an escort service for our female clientel. Please note we only have one escort ( Kevin Greentree) and no other chauffeur can be booked for this service.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that the route to, and the venue, have adequate access for all our cars.It is also the hirers responsibility to inform Performance Event Cars of any reason why additional time must be allowed either to pick-up, or transfer to the venue. We cannot be held responsible for there being no access for our cars to the venue, roadworks, accident delays, or restrictions parking ie; Being moved on by a Traffic Warden.
